The Call Center provides our parishes with one point of contact for inquiries and requests that pertain to any of the services offered by Parish Services. During business hours, our Call Center representative is available to take your call, assist you with the initiation of parish projects such as construction plans, real estate transactions, and revolving loan applications, and direct you to the appropriate contacts within Parish Services. In addition, we will keep a log of all calls and follow up with our departments to make certain your question or request is addressed in a timely manner.
