Spiritual Development Programs for Individuals
There are two weekend retreat experiences offered each year for single or married Catholic adults of all ages. The retreats are held in an atmosphere of silence with common and personal prayer, the Sacrament of Penance and the celebration of the Eucharist. Each retreatant will receive personal guidance in prayer from a director. Registrations are limited. An offering of $150.00 is requested with a non-refundable deposit of $25.00. Meeting Christ in Prayer
formerly called Living With Christ
An eight week guided prayer experience designed for small groups of Catholics. Based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, it is intended to bring people to a new level of Christian discipleship and mission by means of prayer, reflection and faith sharing. This program has recently been published by Loyola Press. It leads participants through a prayerful consideration of the person of Jesus Christ and our incorporation into his life and mission. It calls for a commitment of 8 weeks of daily prayer, 8 weekly meetings and Faith sharing. Thousands of people throughout the Archdiocese have participated in this program. The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola
The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius in Every Day Life (the 19th Annotation Retreat) is available over the course of twenty-four weeks for Catholic adults. This weekly program is directed by members of the staff. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
The English Cursillo Movement
The Cursillo provides an experience of spiritual renewal and a method for Christian living and evangelization in the Archdiocese of Boston. The English Cursillo weekends are held in the Marist House Retreat Center, 518 Pleasant Street, Framingham, Massachusetts. The Office of Worship and Spiritual Life oversees the Cursillo offered for English speaking Catholics in the Archdiocese of Boston. Cursillo is also offered in Spanish, Portugese and Vietnamese.

The day of prayer consists of two conferences, common prayer, periods of quiet prayer and reflection and time for fellowship.
