Submit a Research Request

Research requests must be submitted in writing via mail or email.  Guidelines for submitting a baptismal or marriage record request are below.

*Due to the high volume of requests, and small staff size, it may take up to six weeks to receive a reply to your inquiry.  If after that time you have not yet received a response please contact the archive staff.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For baptismal record requests, please include the following information:
 
  • Name of child.  
  • (Approximate) date of birth/baptism.  
  • Location (City/town and parish).
    • Alternative to location: Family’s residential address at the time of birth OR name of officiating priest.  
     
  • Name of child’s parents.  
 
For marriage record requests, please include the following information:
  • Names of bride and groom.  
  • (Approximate) date of marriage.  
  • Location (City/town and parish).
    • Alternative to parish:  Bride’s residential address at the time of marriage OR name of officiating priest.
