November 2, 2012 - Archdiocese of Boston to hold second collection for Hurricane Sandy relief

Cardinal Seán has authorized a special collection, to be taken the weekend of November 10-11 in all parishes in the Archdiocese of Boston, in support of the relief efforts to those areas devastated by the recent Hurricane Sandy, particularly in Haiti, Cuba and areas in the Northeast United States. All monies collected will be distributed from the Archdiocese of Boston to the church agencies involved in these relief efforts. We thank you for promoting and supporting this special collection through your various church communications.

To process this collection, please ask parishioners to address their checks to your parish, with “Hurricane Sandy Relief” in the memo. One check should be sent from the parish, payable to the Archdiocese of Boston, with “Hurricane Sandy Relief” in the memo. Please send checks to:
