From the Office for Black Catholic Ministries and Office of Outreach & Cultural Diversity here are two upcoming celebrations:

 

Celebration of the Feast of the Ugandan Martyrs

When: Sunday, June 15

What time: 1:30 pm Mass 

Where: St. Mary Parish, 133 School St., Waltham 

Who: the Ugandan community of Boston this year will  be celebrating the 50'th anniversary of Paul VI's canonization of St. Charles Lwanga and his companions. 

Bishop John Baptist Kaggwa, from Malaka Diocese of Uganda will be the main celebrant.

 

Celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help

When:  Sunday, June 22, 2014 

What time:  2pm Mass 

Where:  Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica  ( Mission church ) 1545 Tremont St. Boston 

Who:  Cardinal Chibly Langlois, the first Cardinal named from Haiti will be the main celebrant.
