The Improved Financial Relationship Model (IFRM)

IFRM and Catholic Appeal Information Session

Implementation Team Mission

The hope of this new financial model is to increase the financial stability and improve the financial relationship of parishes and central ministries.  To this effort, the Implementation Team mission is to work closely with each of the parishes to assist them in defining and calculating base revenue, guide them in budget planning and cash flow analysis, and consult on financial challenges unique to each parish.
