Ordination of New Bishops

On September 14, 2010, Cardinal Seán O’Malley ordained Arthur L. Kennedy and Peter J. Uglietto Auxiliary Bishops of Boston.

Date: 9/14/2010 - Solemnity of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross

Time: The Ordination Liturgy began at 2pm.

Tickets were mailed out on Tuesday September 7 to everyone that requested tickets (or rsvp’d) as of 9/2/2010.
Tickets are assigned to specific sections of the Cathedral.

Tickets requested after 9/2/2010 will be available at a “will call” table at 1400 Washington St. beginning at 1pm on the 14th.

Ordination Reception

There was a reception in honor of the new Bishops at 5pm on 9/14/2010 at St. John’s Seminary.
