Massachusetts Catholic Conference

The Massachusetts Catholic Conference (MCC) is the public policy office for the Roman Catholic Church in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. MCC analyzes the social and moral dimensions of public policy issues and works to educate the public and lawmakers on Catholic social teaching to develop sound public policy that seeks the common good. By its work, MCC ensures that spiritual values are considered in public affairs by providing a strong, unified voice representing the Bishops of the four dioceses of the Commonwealth: Boston, Fall River, Springfield and Worcester.
