What does the job entail? The role includes maintaining accounting records, processing bill payments, and managing general ledger bookkeeping. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate accounting records, as well as reviewing and processing payables, receivables, and payroll. You will collaborate closely with the Finance & Operations Manager, the Pastor, and both school and parish staff.
The position will be 20-25 hours per week, flexible to allow for part-time hours, and is onsite at the office in North Andover.
Major Responsibilities
Verify the accuracy of invoices, record transaction details, process bill payments, and maintain vendor files.
