Virtual Evangelization

For resources in Spanish, Portuguese, and French, please visit our Virtual Evangelization Ethnic Communities page

Because of coronavirus, public Masses in the Archdiocese of Boston are suspended—depriving the faithful of the Eucharist and community, as well as faith formation opportunities. Social isolation is now the new normal. But God can even work in social isolation. Paradoxically, the saints tell us that the Lord is closest to us precisely in these times. We are compiling virtual resources for evangelization and staying close to the Lord through prayer, study, and going deeper in our faith during this difficult time.  We hopes these materials will help you and your ministry at this time.

Prayer for Spiritual Communion - My Jesus I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
