Pastoral Council Guidelines

The document at the link above includes the Guidelines for Parish Pastoral Councils Promulgated at the Eight Synod of the Archdiocese of Boston (1989) as well as a Decree from August 15, 2013 which says: 

"Every Collaborative, designated as such by the Archbishop, in accord with the pastoral plan, Disciples in Misison, is to have one pastoral council whose membership consists of at least two members from each parish in the Collaborative.  All meetings of the pastoral council of a Collaborative shall be in common"

and

"Every parish in the Archdiocese of Boston that is not in a Collaborative is to have a pastoral council."
