Financial Assistant (PT), Sacred Hearts Parish, Bradford, MA
Sacred Hearts Parish in Bradford is currently looking for a Financial Assistant to join their team. This position provides administrative support to the Business office. The Payroll and A/P A/R Assistant works directly with the Finance and Operations Manager and collaboratively with all staff. The position must have an eye for detail, be well organized, and able to multi-task. Essential responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll preparation, A/P and A/R coordination and various business tasks. This is a part-time position, 15-hours a week and you will need to work at the parish office.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business-related field required
Working knowledge of the principles of accounting.
Proficiency in Intacct accounting system or similar
Proficiency in Paylocity payroll system or similar
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (word processing, spreadsheet, and database).
Good organizational skills
Experience using general office equipment.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
