Pilot Printing is a printing organization affiliated with the Archdiocese of Boston serving the printing needs of local Catholic parishes and organizations.
Pilot Printing is seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator with graphic design knowledge who will assist the Director on all aspects of the job graphic design and sales/fulfillment process and will oversee each step ensuring it takes place in a timely and accurate manner.
Job responsibilities:
Works with customers on printing design needs and specifications using Adobe Indesign
Takes incoming sales and customer service calls.
Tracks every aspect of the administrative process and ensures that all steps take place in a timely and accurate manner.
Filing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Good understanding of Catholic faith and liturgical practices required
Excellent visual design skills with knowledge of Adobe InDesign required.
Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail required.
Some college education and 1 year of professional experience preferred.
Salary: Around $40K
