Warm greetings of peace and hope to all survivors and to their friends and family.
Established in 2002, in the aftermath of the revelations of clergy sexual abuse, the Office of Pastoral Support and Outreach (OPSO) continues to seek pathways of recovery and new life for survivors, families and all those impacted in our community. In a special way we wish to thank the survivors and families who have entrusted their stories to us over the years. We consider it a great privilege to be offered such trust especially from those persons who were so profoundly betrayed in the innocence of childhood. We pledge ourselves to do everything possible to honor the confidence you have placed in us as together we strive for renewed faith, peace and hope. We depend on you to guide us and on the friendship and mercy of God to strengthen us all on the journey.

As a survivor of sexual abuse who has been in contact with the Office of Pastoral Support and Outreach (OPSO) at the Boston Archdiocese, we would like your feedback on certain types of activities that you think would be helpful to you. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and does not ask any identifying information or personal details. Please be assured that the results are completely anonymous and the data collected will only be used to improve services offered to survivors.
Thank you for your time and input.
