August 5, 2017 - Auxiliary Bishop of Boston Celebrates Nationally Televised Catholic Mass

WATERTOWN, MASS. - On Sunday, August 6, the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Bishop Mark O'Connell will celebrate Mass at the CatholicTV Network's Chapel of the Holy Cross. Bishop O'Connell is the Vicar General Regional Bishop of the Archdiocese of Boston's North Region and the pastor of St. Theresa Parish in North Reading. He was ordained Auxiliary Bishop of Boston alongside Bishop Robert Reed, the President of CatholicTV, last August.  

Sunday's Mass with Bishop O'Connell will be broadcast on Channel 56 at 8am ET and on CatholicTV at 7pm and 11:30pm. CatholicTV is available on cable,, Roku, Apple TV, or your mobile device. The Mass will also be available on demand.
